identify yourself on the My Renault app

Enter the  identification number (VIN)  found in section E of your Renault E-Tech’s  registration certificate . Then go to the  “Find out about charging when travelling” section  from the  “My profile”  section of your My Renault app.

  1. Receive your  Mobilize charge pass card.
  2. Go to the  “Profile” menu  of your My Renault app.
  3. Click on “Find out about charging when travelling”,  then  “Activate a charge pass*”

  5. Link my bank card

  1. Download   My Renault   and register my vehicle with my garage.
  2. Download the   Mobilize smart charge   app.
  3. Create your   Mobilize smart charge   account – enter your My Renault e-mail address, your first and last names are automatically filled in and the VINs of the vehicles in your garage are displayed.
  4. Select your vehicle’s   VIN
  5. Enter your   address   for home charging.
  6. Specify your   off-peak/peak times and tariffs, if applicable.   (to be localised).
  7. Enter your Delivery Point to benefit from rewards with smart charging.
  8. Add your   bank details   to receive cash rewards.
