When worn, the timing belt can break at any time. This can break your engine. Your vehicle’s maintenance schedule ensures you can drive with complete peace-of-mind. It’s time to replace your belt, if either of the two terms below has expired:
- your Renault is over 5 years old and/or,
- has covered between 60,000 and 160,000 km* depending on the model
