With a secure driver’s seat and a retractable folding seat for training, the Renault Estafette Concept driving position is unique. Installed on a platform, the seat allows the driver to easily pivot in a standing position up to 1.90m high, without effort or twisting.

Flexis & Renault worked hand in hand with professionals to create a typical scenario. Some key functions: a rear curtain dedicated to loading, destination addresses synchronized with the multimedia system, exterior screens announcing a one-off stop and its duration, a cargo area only accessible to the person behind the wheel.

Once the loading is done by the rear curtain of Renault Estafette Concept, the driver relies on the multimedia system which displays the saved and synchronized addresses.

On the screens of Renault Estafette Concept, a message indicates a stop in progress, as well as its duration if necessary. A laser beam then appears on the ground all around the van to delimit a visual safety perimeter.

When the professional arrives, several systems are activated: a laser points to the load in question, the driver opens the sliding door on the sidewalk side and the cockpit door closes, the van emits sound and light signals.
