MOBILIZE CHARGE PASS: HOW DOES IT WORK?
identify yourself on the My Renault app
Enter the identification number (VIN) found in section E of your Renault E-Tech’s registration certificate . Then go to the “Find out about charging when travelling” section from the “My profile” section of your My Renault app.

- Park next to your home charging system to facilitate geolocation.
- Pair Mobilize smart charge with your vehicle’s multimedia system. Let the app guide you.

- Receive your Mobilize charge pass card.
- Go to the “Profile” menu of your My Renault app.
- Click on “Find out about charging when travelling”, then “Activate a charge pass*”
- Enter the 15-digit code on the back of your Mobilize charge pass card.
- Link my bank card
You are now ready to charge your vehicle wherever the road takes you.*

With the Mobilize charge pass card, you can access and pay for your charge at 400,000 charging stations across Europe, including 2,300 Ionity charging stations. The payment is debited directly from your bank card.

Depending on your subscription, you may also benefit from attractive prices at all charging stations, in particular in the IONITY network.
You can consult and sign up to our subscription packages via the app. Find all charges in your transaction history. Start and stop charging with your Mobilize charge pass. The price applied is displayed in the app but may differ from that shown on the stations.

Once at the charging point, use your pass to start charging.
Tap your pass on the designated area (RFID reader). Charging will start after a few seconds. Repeat this step to stop charging.
After each charge, you will receive your receipt and your invoice by email.
