rear park assist

The audible signal uses various frequencies to alert you to the proximity of potential obstacles. When the obstacle is less than 30 cm away, the signal becomes continuous.
front park assist

Front audible and visual sensors detect and alert you to the proximity of hidden obstacles at the front of the vehicle, making manoeuvres easier.
side park assist

Triggers audible and visual signals to alert you of any obstacles along the sides of the vehicle, making manoeuvres easier.
rear view camera

Transmits a rear view to the screen when you put the vehicle into reverse. Makes manoeuvring Renault Symbioz easier and safer.
360° around view camera

Using 4 cameras, this reproduces the vehicle’s immediate environment through 360°, so you can manoeuvre more easily and in complete safety.
hand free parking

Identifies the vehicle’s trajectory after having measured an adequate parking space. The system takes control of the steering, while you control the speed.
rear cross traffic alert

A dashboard warning helps with your manoeuvres by indicating the presence of an obstacle hidden from view at the rear corner.
rear automatic emergency braking system

Detects potential obstacles and stops your vehicle automatically in case of any hazards.

You set the maximum speed limit for your journeys with Renault Symbioz.
adaptive cruise control

Adapts your speed, taking into account your choice and the traffic in order to slow down or accelerate and maintain safe distances with other vehicles. The brakes are applied if the safe driving distance is too short.
intelligent adaptive cruise control

The Renault Symbioz system regulates your vehicle’s speed by analysing the road conditions (connected maps and traffic sign recognition).
active driver assist

Regulates the speed, maintains safe driving distances and ensures you keep to your lane. When traffic slows down, the vehicle stops and starts automatically with the Stop & Go system.
distance warning

Calculates safe driving distances from the vehicle ahead and triggers an audible and visual alert if the distance is too short.
predictive hybrid driving

Continuously analyses your journey and anticipates the most suitable driving mode to optimise performance, fuel consumption and driving range.
hill start assist

Assists with starting on slopes steeper than 3% by holding the brakes for 2 seconds, allowing you to accelerate without the risk of rolling backwards.
predictive eco driving assistant*

Shows a specific symbol on the dashboard to prompt the driver to release the accelerator pedal to reach the situation at the optimal speed for fuel efficiency.

blind spot warning

Activates to address reduced visibility. The warning system alerts you with light signals in your wing mirrors when vehicles are outside your field of view.
traffic sign recognition with speed alert

Detects the speed limits posted along your route, indicating the authorised speed on the dashboard. The system alerts you if you exceed the maximum speed limit.
automatic emergency braking system

Detects vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians approaching suddenly from the front or sides and stops your vehicle in case of danger.
intersection automatic emergency braking system

Avoids the risk of a head-on collision when making a left turn, with a system that operates in three stages: it issues a warning signal, increases braking force if your response is inadequate and automatically activates the brakes if there is no response.
lane departure warning

Detects if the vehicle unintentionally crosses a continuous or broken lane marking. The system notifies you through vibrations in the steering wheel, prompting you to adjust your course.
lane keeping assist

Activated from 70 km/h, this system steers Renault Symbioz back into its lane if it crosses a continuous or broken line without using indicators.
front detection with emergency trajectory correction

In Renault Symbioz, steering wheel vibrations warn you if you cross a continuous or broken lane marking. If a collision is imminent, the system corrects your vehicle’s trajectory automatically.
rear detection with emergency trajectory correction

The system warns you of a potential collision with a vehicle encroaching on your vehicle’s lane. It automatically adjusts the trajectory to avoid a collision
occupant safe exit alert

To make opening the door and exiting the vehicle safe, a visual and audible alert is triggered if a vehicle suddenly approaches on the roadway.

After a collision, the system causes Renault Symbioz to brake automatically to help maintain control and avoid a multi-vehicle collision. By stopping or slowing down the vehicle, it helps prevent a potential secondary collision or reduce its severity.

Renault Symbioz’s structure uses materials that have a high energy absorption capacity in the event of front, rear and side impacts. The aim is to prevent severe structural deformations. In the event of a collision, Renault Symbioz is equipped with specific systems and multiple airbags to ensure optimum protection of passengers.
