The new CMF-EV platform is fitted with a choice of a 40kWh or 60kWh ultra-slim battery and a compact motor. Optimised weight distribution, a longer wheelbase, a fully flat floor and a low centre of gravity give the car greater agility and improved internal spaciousness.

CAPTUR E-TECH PLUG-IN HYBRID

Captur E-Tech plug-in hybrid is the most efficient, yet most dynamic Captur to date. It uses the same technology as the Captur E-Tech Full hybrid but has a bigger battery which can be charged and allows for more pure electric drive and even lower running costs.

You can drive up to 30 miles in pure electric mode, ideal to save fuel on your your day-to-day trips like commutes, school runs or grocery shopping. On the occasional longer journeys, Captur E-Tech plug-in hybrid will run using both the petrol engine and the electric motors offering unprecedented flexibility.

Charging is simple: it will take up to 4h15** at home on mains socket or 3h on a dedicated home wallbox.
