Reading the indicators on your app:
- orange is for a normal charge, dark orange shows the completed charge, and light orange is the remaining to be charged
- blue is for the smart charge portion, dark blue shows the completed charge, and
- light blue is the remaining to be charged
in the middle, “234 km” indicates the available possible driving range.
INSTALLED IN JUST A FEW CLICKS!
- Download My Renault and register my vehicle with my garage.
- Download the Mobilize smart charge app.
- Create your Mobilize smart charge account – enter your My Renault e-mail address, your first and last names are automatically filled in and the VINs of the vehicles in your garage are displayed.
- Select your vehicle’s VIN
- Enter your address for home charging.
- Specify your off-peak/peak times and tariffs, if applicable. (to be localised).
- Enter your Delivery Point to benefit from rewards with smart charging.
- Add your bank details to receive cash rewards.
CONNECT YOUR SMARTPHONE
- Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.
- Park next to your home charging system to facilitate geolocation.
- Pair Mobilize smart charge with your vehicle’s multimedia system. Let the app guide you.
YOUR FIRST CHARGE IN 4 STEPS
- Schedule charging to start during off-peak periods (to be localised).
- Select a first normal charging level.
- FIll in the target charge level to take full advantage of smart charging.
- Enter the desired start time. Your vehicle will be charged at the scheduled time!
